Pennsylvania has some splendid communities for Democratic voters to live, vote, and thrive, including Philadelphia city and suburbs, Pittsburgh city and suburbs, Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Allentown, State College, Reading, Scranton, West Chester, Bethlehem, Erie, and Wilkes-Barre. To have the largest political impact in congressional elections, Democratic voters could consider moving to communities in Bucks County, communities north of Pittsburgh, as well as Allentown, Bethlehem, Scranton, and Wilkes-Barre.
